In Charleston, South Carolina, on January 13, 2024, Bob served as Moderator for the "Consciously Uncoupling" Closely Held Corporations panel.  Bob joined financial expert Sandra R. Klevan, business law expert Matthew T. Tranter, and Lehigh Valley Hearing Officer John Roberts.  The panel discussed options for valuing, dividing, selling or continuing to operate a closely held corporation as divorced spouses, as well as equitable relief available during the pendency of litigation.  The panel touched on issues involving small businesses that only represent an income stream to businesses with significant value.

If you are seeking representation for your divorce and equitable distribution proceeding involving a business interest in the Pittsburgh area, contact Bob at 412-712-0011 or [email protected].
